  • Maintain their own insurance

  • Are responsible for your vehicle while in their possession

  • May require you to sign a Bill of Lading upon pickup and delivery

 

 

We are not liable for damages, delays, or issues occurring while the vehicle is with the carrier.

Any claims related to transport must be directed to the assigned carrier.

 

 

 

 Payments

 

 

If a deposit or pre-payment is required, you will be notified before service begins.

Remaining balances are typically paid directly to the carrier upon delivery.

 

Accepted payment methods vary by carrier.

 

 

 

 Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel before a carrier is assigned at no charge

  • Once a carrier is dispatched, cancellation fees may apply

  • Weather-related or unavoidable delays

  • Loss of personal items left inside the vehicle
