Vexaro Transport (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides vehicle transport quote and coordination services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for cancellations or service changes.
No Upfront Payment Policy
At this time, Vexaro Transport does not collect payment at the time you request a quote.
Most payments, if required, are made directly to the assigned carrier upon delivery.
If this changes in the future, this Refund Policy will be updated accordingly.
Cancellation Before a Carrier Is Assigned
You may cancel your request at any time before a carrier is assigned at no charge.
Cancellation After a Carrier Is Assigned
Once a carrier has been dispatched, the carrier may apply a cancellation fee.
This fee varies by carrier and is determined by:

Time spent en route

Scheduling impact

Lost availability

Contract terms of the assigned carrier
Any cancellation fees are the responsibility of the customer and are paid directly to the carrier.
Deposits (If Applicable)
If a deposit or pre-payment is ever required for a future shipment:

You will be notified before payment is collected

Deposits are fully refundable until a carrier is assigned

After assignment, deposits may be partially refundable depending on the carrier’s policy
If no deposit was charged, no refund is necessary.
Service Availability
If we are unable to assign a carrier, any deposit (if paid) will be refunded in full.
Delays & Unforeseen Issues
Refunds are not issued for:

Carrier delays

Weather-related or uncontrollable issues

Mechanical problems experienced by the carrier

Incorrect information provided to us by the customer

Issues outside our control
